Anna Bell is a licensed speech and language pathologist and a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She obtained her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Valdosta State University in Communication Disorders. She has over 20 years of experience. Anna began her career in the school system as a school-based SLP working with ages 3-21.
Anna joined the Speech Therapy Services, P.C. team in 2022. She has worked with a wide variety of children with communication deficits, including autism spectrum disorders, dysfluency disorders, expressive and receptive language disorders, articulation disorders, as well as children with augmentative alternative communication devices. Anna is a firm believer that parents play a key role in the remediation of communication disorders. Taking the strategies taught in speech therapy and applying them to “real life” is pertinent to carryover of the skills.
A native of Blakely, Anna now resides in Colquitt, Georgia. She and her husband, David, are proud parents of Laura Leigh, Clay, Brooks, Brock, and Banks. They enjoy spending time with their grandchildren, fishing, and going to the beach.
